How does mobile app control work?
The systems we install can be connected to a mobile app, allowing you to control your system, receive alerts, and check the security status from anywhere. For JABLOTRON, this is done via the MyJABLOTRON app. For Hikvision, we use the Hik-Connect app, and for TP-LINK VIGI, the VIGI app – all available for Android and iOS.
How quickly can you install the system?
Most installations are completed within one week after your order is confirmed. For urgent requests, faster installation is always possible – simply let us know and we’ll arrange it to suit your schedule.
Is the installation invasive? Will walls need to be cut or drilled?
If a full renovation is being carried out, we recommend a wired system with minimal wireless components for maximum reliability. If construction work is not possible, a wireless installation is the clear choice for JABLOTRON systems. For video monitoring, we generally recommend LAN (wired) connections for the best stability and image quality – although wireless camera setups are also possible when cabling is not practical.
What is the price difference between wired and wireless systems?
Wired systems involve a more complex installation process, but the individual components are generally more affordable. Wireless systems can be installed quickly with minimal disruption, though the components themselves tend to be more expensive.
Do your surveillance systems record 24/7?
Yes – the systems we install can record continuously or only when motion is detected, depending on your preferences and the chosen configuration.
How long is recorded footage stored?
The storage time for systems we install depends on the number of cameras, resolution settings, and storage capacity. We’ll recommend the best setup for your needs.
Do the systems you install provide night vision?
Yes – the systems we install feature advanced infrared night vision, delivering clear images even in complete darkness. For certain models, we also offer colour night vision, allowing you to see full-colour detail in low-light conditions for even greater clarity and identification.
